HumanizeMyAI is operated by Mihci AI Studios LLC (30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA), founded by Mehmet Fırat Mıhcı, the data controller. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what choices you have. It applies worldwide, and where your local data-protection law (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, KVKK) grants you stronger rights, those rights apply. Plain English first; legal scaffolding where it is required.
What we collect
- Email address: only if you create an account. Used for login, password reset, and product update emails you can unsubscribe from. Stored in our application database; transactional email sent via Resend.
- Humanize / detect inputs: text you humanize is processed by our own model, which runs on RunPod, a GPU cloud provider. Only if that engine is unavailable does the run fall back to Anthropic or OpenAI. The AI detector runs on our own servers, so no outside detection service sees what you paste. A humanize run is then saved to your history, both the text you sent and the text we gave back, for 12 months. A detector scan is only counted, never saved. We do not train our models on your inputs. See Retention below for how to get a copy of what is stored or have it deleted.
- Anonymous quota cookie: an HMAC-signed cookie that tallies the AI detector scans you run while signed out, so the limit of 4 scans a day holds without an account. Contains no personal data; resets at midnight UTC.
- IP address: used briefly to rate-limit requests and signed-out detector scans, and to prevent abuse. Humanizing needs an account, so its allowance is counted per account rather than per IP. Not associated with your account unless you are signed in.
- Usage analytics: Google Analytics and our first-party conversion journey are enabled only if you accept analytics on our banner. They use random visitor/session identifiers, landing page, referrer host, campaign and CTA, never card fields or full IP. Declining stops behavioural analytics; essential checkout and payment audit events are still recorded to operate your purchase and prevent duplicates.
- Payment data: when paid checkout is enabled, card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we receive payment status, subscription, plan, billing contact, and limited transaction details needed to provide support and keep your account active. Incomplete Stripe Checkout sessions are marked abandoned only after Stripe reports that they expired.
What we never do
- Sell your data to third parties.
- Train our humanizer model on your inputs.
- Track you across other websites.
- Run third-party advertising pixels.
- Share your text with anyone outside the processors listed below that are required to handle the request.

Your rights
Under GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA (California) and KVKK (Türkiye, Law No. 6698), you can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or correct it. Email hello@humanizemy.ai with the subject "Data Request". We reply within 30 days.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion request. Humanize runs are stored in full: the text you submit and the text we return, held for 12 months from the run date and deleted after that. Two reasons we keep them that long. You can pull up your own earlier output, and we can check what really happened if a run is reported as abuse or a charge is disputed. Detector scans store a counter row only; the passage you scanned is not saved. Ask us at any time for a copy of your stored runs or for them to be erased, using the address in the Contact section below. Anonymous quota cookies expire at end of day.
Children
HumanizeMyAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will delete the account.
Changes
We will post material changes here with the "Last updated" date refreshed. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
